Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% fee of the total services booked if not rebooked the same day. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will always do our best to accommodate those situations. However, no-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the services booked and will require a deposit to secure any future appointments.
